Refund policy
You have 14 days to return an order after you receive it.
If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Instructions: If you wish to return an item, please send us an email with your name and order number and specify which items are involved. Include a note indicating whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note and of course your contact information. You are responsible for any damage to the item when returning it. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, in good condition and in the original box and packaging. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return package. If an item is being shipped from overseas, please make sure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs fees.
We will not be responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. Santa Muerte is the decision maker in deciding if products are in their original condition when returned.
We reserve the right to deny your request if the jewelry has been worn, scratched, stained or corroded by makeup or perfumes or shows signs of use. Customers are responsible for all exchange return shipping costs.
Santa Muerte reserves the right to refuse exchange requests. Please do not return any jewelry to us until prior approval is received via email. Santa Muerte will not be responsible for returned goods, lost returns, and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. In the event of non-delivery or loss of the return package by the customer's courier, it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the courier of choice.

Items are strictly exchangeable only once and within the limit of available stocks. The products will have to be sent back intact in their original state and complete (packing, accessories, note...), not opened, allowing their return to the market in new state and thus reducing the loss and the waste. Santa Muerte will not be responsible in case of loss, sending to a wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that you want to return to the Santa Muerte website, since the risks of the transport that you choose and that you initiate are yours alone.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
COVID19: For obvious reasons of hygiene (precautionary principle and risks related to Covid19), the intras jewelry (piercings, earrings) as well as jewelry in close contact with the skin (rings) can not benefit from the return. Thus you have the guarantee that the jewels sold by Santa Muerte are sold in optimal hygiene conditions.
If the product or the packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value when refunding the product.

We remind you that: The right of withdrawal has exceptions. For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized" (article L. 221-28 of the consumer code).
